(Ottawa) — Today, the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit (SACA) charged Luis AROCHE, 53 years old, of Ottawa who is practising massage in his Kanata residence with a further three counts of Sexual assault and two counts of both False pretences and Uttering a forged document.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 23, 2020 regarding the new charges.
SACA investigators are concerned that there could be other victims.
